This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Using the site, and placing an order, means you agree to it. We may update the policy from time to time - the current version always lives on this page.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your personal data. We never share your purchase history with third parties for their own marketing. And we never print what you bought on the outside of a package - every order ships in plain, discreet packaging.
Information you give us
To place an order or get in touch, you may give us your name, phone number, shipping address, email, and the details of your order. If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation so we can pick up where we left off. You're never legally obliged to share this information, but some of it is necessary for us to process an order or provide a service.
Payment information
Card payments and PayPal are handled directly by our secure, certified payment provider. Your full card details are processed on their systems and are never stored on ours at any stage.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically log technical and usage information through cookies and similar tools - such as your device type, approximate location, IP address, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the site running, secure, and easy to use.
How we use your information
We use it to process, ship and support your order; answer your questions; improve the site and our products; run statistical and analytics measurement; keep the service secure and prevent fraud; and meet our legal obligations. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be shared with partners; these can't identify you personally.
Marketing & unsubscribing
If you've opted in, we may occasionally send you order updates, news, offers and fit tips through the channels you've shared with us. Every marketing message includes a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time - we act on it right away.

We take the security of your information seriously and use reasonable, accepted measures to protect it. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is ever completely secure; while we work hard to protect your data, we can't guarantee absolute security against every risk outside our control.

Orders & pricing
Prices are charged in US dollars. On the Hebrew site the shekel figure shown is a daily conversion of that same price, and the final amount appears at checkout before you pay. Our products are intended for personal use, and purchases are for ages 18+ - a minor may purchase with a parent or guardian’s consent. We make every effort to keep prices, descriptions, and stock accurate; if something is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Exchanges & returns
30-day exchanges and returns from delivery - see Shipping & Returns for the full policy, including the exchange fee and refund methods. Unworn items with their tags can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method, at no cost to you, and we do not charge a cancellation fee on such a return. A size exchange carries a flat fee, stated on that page, or no fee at all if the item is exchanged at a partner store. In exceptional cases - an item returned worn, damaged, or outside this policy - we reserve the right to deduct the cancellation fee permitted by law. Your rights under consumer-protection law are preserved.
Fit advice
Our fit quiz and specialists give sizing guidance, not medical advice. For concerns like mastitis, blocked ducts, or pain while nursing, please speak with your doctor or lactation consultant.
Gift cards & referrals
Gift cards don't expire. Referral credit is valid for 90 days from the day we send it, can be used once, one per person, applies to orders of $100 or more, can't be exchanged for cash, and doesn't apply to an order that includes buying a gift card.
Our content
The photography, product designs, and words on this site are ours. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking - we'll usually say yes.
Liability & governing law
The service is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
